  3.      The legalization of child pornography,abortion on demand,tax exemptions
  4.  for satanist,totally legalized drug use,mandatory sex education for all
  5.  grades,legalized prostitution, legalized gambling, giving gays and lesbians
  6.  all the legal benefits that married people have, letting homosexuals become
  7.  adoptive and foster parents, unconditional legal protection for flag-burners,
  8.  greater benefits for illegal aliens and homosexuals who want to enter the U.S.
  9.  
  10.       Today's CRIME-SICK SOCIETY is the guaranteed OUTCOME of the ACLU'S
  11.  IMMORAL VIEWS they are trying to FORCE ON all of US.

  13.   According to the authoritive Politics of the ACLU by William A. Donohue,
  14.  the ACLU has waged "innumerable court battles" to:
  15.  Wipe out all prison sentences except in a few "extreme" cases "as the penalty
  16.  of last resort";disallow capital punishment altogether;eliminate laws
  17.  requiring criminals to make restitution to victims; eliminate all mandatory
  18.  sentencing laws; facilitate early parole and release for criminals; restrict
  19.  police search and arrest procedures; invalidate airport bomb detectors,drunk
  20.  driving checkpoints,drug screening; prohibit law enforcement agencies from
  21.  exchanging criminals' records;limit police in criminal investigations and
  22.  interrogations; severely restirct riot control, swat team, and anti-terrorist
  23.  activites and efforts; prohibit drug dealers from being evicted; decriminalize
  24.  sodomy, obscene materilals, drug abuse, gambling ,and prostitution;prohibit
  25.  parents from choosing their children's public school through coucher systems
  26.  ---and much more!
  27.                                     The ACLU is AGAINST:
  28.  prayer in public school classrooms as well as in locker rooms, sports arenas,
  29.  graduation exercises, courtrooms, and legislative assemblies, nativity scenes
  30.  crosses, and other Christian symbols on public property,voluntary Bible
  31.  reading in public schools,even during free time and after classes, imprinting
  32.  "In God We Trust" on our coins,access for Christian school children to any
  33.  publicly funded services,accredidation for science departments at Bible
  34.  believing Christian universities, the posting of the Ten Commandments in
  35.  classrooms or courtrooms,the words "Under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance,
  36.  school officals searching studen's lockers for drugs or guns,people on wel-
  37.  fare being required to work in exchange for their government aid, secret
  38.  CIA operations to rescue hostages or resist terrorist activites,the military
  39.  draft,even in wartime-except during an extreme national emergency "as defined
  40.  
  41.  by the  ACLU", tax exemptions for Christian Churches, ministries , and other
  42.  charities, rating movies to alert parents about sex or violence,any prison
  43.  term for most crimes!,parental consent laws, Christian's home-schooling their
  44.  children,sobriety checkpoints, medical safety regulations and reporting of
  45.  AIDS cases,public pro-life demonstrations,laws banning polygamy.

  47.                           How much MONEY FOR RAPE?:
  48.  The ACLU  has taken an anti-police position so frequently that it is their
  49.  legacy. They took the anti-police position in the Rodney King case(The Pro-
  50.  gressive, 8\91). They sued police in Louisiana to stop state troopers from
  51.  catching lawbreakers with roadblocks(Journal of Commerce 3\3\93). And the
  52.  ACLU continues to officially oppose prison terms for most crimes(Policy 242),
  53.  preferring fines for everything but murder and treason.(How much should a
  54.  rapist be fined?) The  ACLU  has made itself, in the words of former President
  55.  George Bush, THE CRIMINALS LOBBY."

  57.                             CARTOONS and Arm-twisting:
  58.       The ACLU does more than just litigate. Their " Foundation also
  59.  operates an aggressive public education program (featuring,among other things
  60.  ,friendly cartoon characters to communicate with children). And lobbying is a
  61.  major function of the  ACLU. Innumerable judges and law enforcement officials
  62. ,as well as both elected and appointed judges and other members of the judicial
  63.  system, have felt the heat when the ACLU's lawyers move in with their
  64.  supposedly legal opinions!
